At JamFactory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
